We are constantly watching the shipping rates with all common carriers and evaluating the best and lowest cost option. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If placing an order from outside of the United States for the first time we request that you call us by phone to ensure we have the correct shipping information and shipping costs set up in our On-line Store. 435-817-4159
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We ship through the US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you prefer a different shipper, please call us before placing your order. 435-817-4159
Returns & Refund Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, please contact us by phone at 435-817-4159 (US). If the returned item is not being exchanged, we will issue you a credit/refund after the returned item is received. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned as a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you are returning an item for exchange you will be asked to pay for shipping on the replacement item unless the exchange is a result of our error.
